Android 17 was laying in a tree watching the clouds go by. "This world is quickly boring me, when is something interesting going to happen." 17 closed his eyes and let out a big sigh. Quickly after he opened them he realized he was in a tournament stadium with a bunch of confused fighters from around the world. Everyone was there, from the strongest to the weakest. A few moments later glares were being shot out from all over the place, someone else was there, someone not very welcome. Radditz. Again a few moments later a glare was seen by everyone from across the stadium, a glare like some sort of glass was shinning brightly. A man with blond hair and a black suit came running up with this glare from the sun in his sunglasses. He likes to call himself Announcer dude.

"Heyyyy it looks like everyone is here!!!! This means we can start!!! This is the first annual Earth Tournament!!!" Everyone grinned and remembered signing up for this tournament. They awaited for further instruction. "This means we can start the qualification!! First please let me explain a couple rules to you. You are going to draw a number from this box and that number will explain who fights who. The person who draws number 9 gets two passes and doesn't have to fight in the first two rounds. I am going to call you up individually and you are going to come up and draw the number." Everyone waited until he called the first name. Everyone was excited to see who they would fight.

"First please come up Arieko!" Arieko walked up and drew out a number, she looked down and showed her number... number 6, she then put the ball down grinned a bit and walked away.

"Next to come up is Bebi!" Bebi creped up to the box and reached his hand in he pulled out his number and smiled. He was shown as number 2

"Third please come get your number Cell!" Cell glanced up and walked to the box, he reached in grabbed a number and his face didn't even change, he seemed he had some sort of idea what was gonna happen during this tournament and from the look on his face nothing good. He showed his number... number one.

"Next up my long time friend Goku!" Goku walked up smiling at the Announcer Dude and grabbed his number he pulled it out and showed a big goofy smile on his face. his number was number 7.

"Katrin please come get your number!" Katrin trotted up and grabbed a number, Katrin revealed the number as number 3

"Masiana! You are next!" Masiana did the same as everyone else and grabbed her number, her number was 8.

"Android 17 your number is waiting for you!" 17 walked up looking rather pissed off that he had to move. He reached into the box and pulled out his number, his number was number 5.

"Lets see... um... oh Vegeta.. please come get your number!!" Vegeta walked to the box looking even more pissed off then anyone he reached in and pulled out his number and revealed it, his number was number 4. On his way back he crushed the ball his number was on.

"Ok and lastly Radditz please come up. We seem to all know what your number is."

"Yes I am number 9" Radditz exclaimed from the side of the ring.

"Oh boy monkey boy can do math." 17 snickered

"Thats a lot of talk coming from a tin can!" Radditz glared at 17. 17 clenched his fists and raised his aura.

"Hey guys lets save our fight for the ring" Cell said as he put his hand on 17's shoulder. 17 then lowered his Aura and agreed.

"Ok!!! So if any of you have missed who's number is who's or you already forgot I'll go through this one more time!

Cell Is Number One!
Bebi is number Two!
Katrin is number Three!
Vegeta is number Four!
Android 17 is number Five!
Arieko is number six!
Goku is number Seven!
Masiana is number Eight!
and Radditz is number Nine!

"Please everyone relax and enjoy your selfs until we work on who is fighting who and when!" Everyone after that quickly departed except for Radditz. He stayed and waited to see who he was going to fight.

"Ha i don't want to miss who is going to be my first victim..."
