These Dragon Balls are scattered all around Earth.  If you go searching for them you cannot do any training.  If you are searching for them without a Dragon Radar it takes 7 days to find 1.  If you if have a dragon radar you find one every 2 days.  The Earth's Dragon Balls grant 2 wishes, and cannot grant immortality, or death.
